The following are the steps involved in the process of placement of nurses in US healthcare:
   Recruitment and Screening (1-4 Months) 
      Review Resumes, Shortlist Candidates, Conduct Personal Interviews, Analyze clinical skills, Monitor language skills
      and select qualified candidates

   CGFNS Certification (3-6 Months)
      Prepare and take CGFNS examination, prepare and take TOEFL and TSE or IELTS examination, Complete CGFNS certification
      and complete credential evaluation, if required.

   Immigration and Licensing (8-12 Months)
      File immigration paperwork, Complete visa screen certification, submit state licensing application, take NCLEX-RN
      examination, prepare for Green Card interview, arrive in United States and apply for Social Security Number.
